    Springer is what he is. Streaky. I do believe he is a better hitter than he has shown in the majors so far. He should at least be able to keep his average in the .270s.

    He could shorten that swing and still hit it out and be a much better hitter. It's like the whole damn team has a bet on who can hit it the furthest.

    Trout said Lance has the best curve in baseball. We could be seeing a nice Oswalt vs Pujols type rivalry between those two for a while. Fun to watch.
