I am just paying attention to everyone who voted for Westbrook. I will be looking at their second place votes and seeing how much they hate James Harden. these are the people who will need to be removed from the MVP voting

41 out of 100 ballots in and Westbrook leads Harden 28-10....pretty much a done deal now

wow. Just like in 2015, it isn't even close..

Funny thing is, I imagine Ariza and Bev being more pissed about this than Harden.

Still can't believe this is real life... This is almost as bad as when Steven curry won MVP.

Steph Curry's MVP was far preferable to this. He was more efficient with the best team. I still disagree, but the case for Curry was sound and aligned with the precedent set for the award.

Westbrook winning is a direct deviation to the history of the award and a blatant moving of the goalposts entirely because of a free agent decision and an extra digit in rebounding totals.

This is why Harden will never win one.

I hope Harden knows this and goes HAM these playoffs, he knows how to rack up W's, if the stars align I honestly think we could have a shot at the title.

Though there's still an outside chance Harden wins and those who haven't made their votes public have done so, because they don't want to be ostracised by the public. From what I've been reading, anyone not voting Westbrook has had to write a full rationale as to why. Those voting WB, just throw his name out there and mention trip-dub.

I wonder what else separates Harden from this guy who was embraced as the embodiment of Most Valuableness for 2 straight years...

Wow -it's over. Hoping Harden goes "Hakeem getting snubbed for the MVP in 95" level revenge tour and gets us a title...although I fear realistically no one is beating GS this year.

    You guys don't understand math.

Only about 2/5 of the votes have been submitted and you're declaring it over. Additionally almost all of the votes that have been revealed are the ESPN echo chamber douchebags who everyone already knew would vote Westbrook.

Right now you have no idea who more than half of those 41 votes even have as second place.

Harden is going to get A LOT of second place votes.

This is far from over. It's going to be close.

In the end it'll be determined from the second place votes.
