The line was bad. The usual suspects, and Tunsil wasn’t much better. In his defense, he hasn’t been around very long and I’m sure he will get better.

Tunsil had a really good game, the one sack he gave up at the end was a bad one, just got beat, the other one wasn't entirely his fault.

Watson is always going to take a lot of sacks because he holds the ball long but the pro to that is that he's always looking to extend plays so you live with it. Offense put up numbers, too bad defense can't ever get a stop to stop momentum or in the clutch.

I'd like to see the PFF ratings. I think a better left guard will help Tunsil.

So, the Texans draft offensive linemen in the first and second rounds. Then they trade away two firsts and a second for another offensive lineman. And somehow the offensive line is worse?

Watson was pressured on over half of his dropbacks last night.

I guess new policy where they will extend in-season. Lots of money, it seems, for not top of the market production.

I keep hearing how Nick Martin stinks and should be replaced by Fulton. In BoB we trust I guess.

I know everyone wants to blame the line for last night, but some of it was the NOISE - they went with the same damned count all night.

Guard waves his hand, count to 1 - GO.....

The defense was jumping the count in the 3rd and 4th quarter.....my KINGDOM for a 2 count and an offside - free play......Tunsil was beat 2 or 3 times on the guy just jumping the count.

A GOOD team would go with a change......sorry...a WELL COACHED team would.

The OL is coming together whether fans like it or not.

I’ll admit, i had been a bit curtailed by all the politics in the NFL, but that seems to be fading. And excuse my ignorance, So why do people harp bad on Nick Martin? Is he really all that bad? Could it be he was playing with such un under-talented group, he looked worse than he is? I remember people saying how he was such a great OL when he was drafted.

    2018 1st round pick (Howard)
    2020 1st round pick (Tunsil)
    2021 1st round pick (Tunsil)
    2016 2nd round pick (Martin)
    2019 2nd round pick (Scharping)
    2018 3rd round pick (Rankin)
    2017 4th round pick (Davenport)

They sure have spent a lot of draft picks on the offensive line recently and yet they lead the league in giving up sacks. If you want to be accountable, how is the OL coach still employed?

Hopefully they can right the ship now.

We gave up 6 sacks against an okay defense. I'm a bit disappointed in that.

But the line should get more and more every week, and as the rookies start to play, should get better.

I honestly have a lot of confidence in this team. I think we'll win the division for sure.

Second highest paid Center in the league and Third highest paid Texan

Dude is rated the 5th best C in the division -- that means someone's backup is better.
