    Stafford won't be available?

Stafford, kaepernick, griffin, and Brees have been rumored to be available.

I think kaep and BO'B griffin are the only two qbs that Texans can realistically get. Both QBs can be good if you play them to their strengths (read option).

I don't care if he's not a BO'B type of qb. He needs to just stick to coaching because he has proven that he is a terrible talent evaluator.

My only concern is with griffin. Can he still play? Is he still athletic? Can he still run? Or is he damaged goods?

Lots of needs, quarterback chief among them. No one should underplay the need for better playmakers on offense or offensive line help.

Kaepernick is total and complete garbage, RG3 is a legitimate option though, but I think he's going to Dallas

If we strike out on brees, rg3 and Stafford then I'm hoping Rick can trade up for either Goff or Wentz

Why would he go to Dallas when Romo would still be the starting qb?

Get a TE that's not completely useless in the passing game.

Get a QB that isn't completely useless in the passing game and that'll take care of itself.

well we have a legitimate pitch in guaranteeing that rg3 is more likely to start now in houston than in dallas

Won't matter if your TEs have a case of the dropsies every game.

Throw passes they can catch and they'll catch them.

I'm interested to see who we target in free agency.

I think a lot of what some consider "drops" are actually just garbage throws that they managed to get a hand on. When you are throwing to a TE that isn't a Gronk level TE, you can't throw it way the hell behind them and expect a one handed catch. You have to make at least a sort of good throw.

Griffin had a td late in the game yesterday that could not have possibly been placed any better if you went down and handed it to him. Dropped it.

Did he drop it or did a defender make a play on it?

It hit him in the pads because he didn't have his hands up.

I don't see any reason to kick tires on RG3 or Kaepernick. Both flat out aren't accurate throwers. If you can name a successful NFL QB who is an inaccurate thrower, please inform me. They just aren't that good.

What I presume will happen, is that BOB takes a QB in round 1 or 2...Hoyer battles Savage to start the season. Either may start all 2017 season, and our 2016 QB pick will sit around 1 year.

I'll have to take your word for it because I don't remember the play, either way there are terrible passes to TE's every game that simply can't be expected to be caught. If you are going to suck at passing the ball, at least suck while throwing to Nuk, he might come down with it anyway.
