And I think you are better than to write a guy off before you see what he has left and how he can contribute, especially when apparently peanuts are the alternative. Grant Hill is an example of a guy who "got out and ran" after a major surgery, Arenas, while not old, has had crazy work done and he looks pretty good out there. Isnt the ideal scenario, cap wise for the Rockets, for Tmac to return and be effective? Ive seen the current Rockets and its fun to watch, but I see TONS of similarities in the way Trevor Ariza is utilized and how McGrady was. To me, Trevor is looking like a volume shooter and a "heat checker", just as much as McGrady did. The difference is we can rely on McGrady to atleast get a shot off in the final minutes of a close game.
Yep, you can't beat the posters argument, try to attack the poster. You know how I know I win....that ! And I will root for him as long as he is a Rocket, I just hope that is REALLY REALLY SHORT ! DD
DD if Tmac comes back and puts up some numbers and fits the team and does great things for the rockets what will you say then. Right now will have no idea what is gna happen when he comes back so how are u right? He has a chance to make this team a contending team and that is just my opinion. For the people who are bashing Tmac its gna be a joy to see u hop on the bandwagon wen he comes back. Just my opinion...
Great kid..thanks...now have a coke and a smile and...well...go watch Richard Prior....or google who he is..... DD
Trust me, while I can't spell well in trivia, sometimes doing something and hiding it in plain sight is more fun. DD
Unfortunately they will all be an "odd man out". Ariza will lose shots, buddinger will lose playing time, and regardless battier is a very unselfish player so it doesnt really matter whether he loses shots or not.
I agree with you, but it all comes down to the coach. I think one of the guards will get there minutes reduced.
I looked at all the teams that the Rockets could realistically trade with and the players that "might" be available some of them are untouchable but I will throw their names in there anyway for the sake of conversation. I have narrowed it down to the following teams and players the Rockets would be interested in: Charlotte: Gerald Wallace Chicago: Luol Deng Detroit: Tayshaun Prince / Richard Hamilton Golden State: Monta Ellis Indiana: Danny Granger L.A. Clippers: Marcus Camby New Orleans: Chris Paul (No Chance, Gotta Wish) New York: Can't Think of Anyone Philadelphia: Andre Iguodala Sacramento: Kevin Martin Washington: Gilbert Arenas / Caron Butler / Antawn Jamison If you had to pick one option, which would you choose? Chris Paul is obvious but most doubtful, maybe I should have left that one off.
