You are expecting too much if want a Brian Cushing type production from last year when at times he looked as if he needed a walker.
Great to hear, but I'll believe it when I see it this year. If Clowney can even be a PRODUCTIVE player for 6-8 years, I'd be happy with that.
6-8 years? First of all, 6-8 years of production is impressive for any player. After microfracture? I wouldn't even dare dream about that long of a career. All I want is him to get through his rookie contract unscathed by further serious injury and be a productive player. I'm probably in the minority on this site, but after that rookie deal is up I would not resign him unless he took a very team friendly deal.
