    False! Please think before responding.

    As one clear example, Obama's knee-jerk reaction to shut off a large portion of drilling in the GoM after Macondo served to reduce oil supply.

    If Obama has allowed you to drill drill drill to your heart content, there would have been a glut of oil supply much sooner and oil price would have dropped even lower, trending toward $20/ barrel and all of these marginal oil producers in the US would have gone out of business long time ago.

    So you see, Obama is indeed responsible for shale gas and oil development at a profit. ;)

    Speaking of stupid.
    In order for a gallon of gas to drop to 99c, crude oil price would have to be lower, much lower than profitable to drill in the US.

    His liberal policies have created affordable oil and gas. His policies have also created one of the greatest stock market rallies ever. He even told us to buy stocks at the bottom of the market. If we only listened to his sage words then we would all be rich.
