    Here it is folks.

Lowry (wants out), Dragic (FA), Fortson
Martin (wants out), Lee (FA), Lamb (RC), Livingston
    Parsons, Morris
Scola, Patterson, White (RC), Jones (RC), Leuer
    Camby (FA), Brockman

I'm sorry, but that is a PATHETIC roster. I realize it's a long offseason, but honestly what are our "assets" to trade now? Honestly, Orlando will laugh at ANY of that trash we offer them.

We still need a starting center since Camby will not start.

My bad, I forgot about DMo. I guess he'll be our starting C.

    Ok.

Dragic has expressed interest in resigning.
Camby is interested in resigning and he is a solid player.
Royce White is a SF; Jones is a tweener.
KMart is under contract and was hurt last year; but it is likely he would be traded.
Lowry has interest by many team in trades.

If all else fails, Parsons could move to SG. He guarded Monta Ellis and others and was supposed to be working on his range.

And D-Mo can move to C to play small ball and stretch the court. Three-point shooting centers can be deadly.

No, no, no -- that is a good idea. Let's lay it all out in front of ourselves and take stock (as one typically does when trying to get their bearings after a disaster).

So, the OP forgot about D Mo, so, given that, let's consider:

    Lowry ,Fortson, Livingston, Dragic (FA)
Martin, , Lamb , Lee (FA)
    Parsons, Morris
Scola, Patterson, D-Mo, White , Jones , Leuer
    Brockman, Camby (FA)

So, who do we trade, who should we keep, should the FA's be brought back. Who can be brought in?

Howard is not coming, I think we can all agree on that. We aren't getting a major free agent...we're just not. We can't have 6 power forwards and 1 center.

1st, I think we bring back all the free agents: Camby wants to be here, will probably give us a good deal, has something left in the tank and WE NEED A CENTER. Dragic is talented enough to warrant a good deal and I think he wants to be here too. Lee is a restricted free agent, so I think Morey can Morey him into a deal that will be beneficial for the team.

So, the main two things are that Lowry , Martin and some of the PFs need to go. DUDE I'M FREAKING OUT...no, its okay, it'll be alright..lets see:

    I've got nothing. Help.

    Lowry, Fortson, Livingston
    Martin, Lamb, Lee
    Parsons, Morris, White
    Scola, PPat, Jones
    Camby, Brockman, DMo

Leuer cut. This is in no particular order for exact lineup though.

No way they cut Leuer. His contract is great and he is a contributor more so than Brockmon. Minor point I know, but once everyone sees Leuer play next year it will be a valid one.

No, your right -- D Mo can play 5 as well as most 5's in this league, and I think Jones can play the three at least as well as Morris -- probably white too. I like both of those guys.

But being three deep at every position is r****ded. Trades are necessary. F it, they might as well go get Gasol and send them Lowry , Martin and a forward or two (I'd prefer it be Morris and Patterson).

I understand, and they still have time. But the ending roster is always three-deep at positions. Brockmon in d-league and Leuer at C?
If we trade Lowry and fillers, we could resign dragic then.

Brockman cut. Lowry, Martin and/or Patterson traded in a many to one trade. Sign a FA C if you don't trade for one. Atlanta?
