Me too. The main thing with him is that, if the finger is still a little weak, you don't want him on the floor where he could risk fracturing it badly enough to miss a lot of games. But, it would be nice to get him back for sure.
I would think the bad thing about a thumb is you use it to grab with. A pinky is not as useful, you could practically just lop it off and be OK...
Plus a dislocation is not as serious as a break....or does not take as long to heal. Generally you can pop them back in place and keep playing, but I understand that Moochie's would not go back into place, thus the surgery. No biggie, glad to have him back. DD
