    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_the_Air_Tonight#Urban_legend

The urban legend is referenced in the song "Stan" by Eminem. The reference is contained in the following lyrics:

You know the song by Phil Collins, "In the Air of the Night" [sic]
About that guy who coulda saved that other guy from drownin'
But didn't, then Phil saw it all, then at a show he found him?

Me too. But I do get tired of Genesis. I prefer Phil Collins solo. Except Sussudio. That's the worst song of all time.

Not too familiar with Neil, but Michael McDonald, Hall & Oates, John B, and Robin Thicke fit the description as well. Ambrosia and Bobby Caldwell have some black in them too.. lol.

Do those kids even know that song??

Would be better if One Direction performed.

Well at least he didn't perform this song:

    That would have been awkward.

In terms of album endings, top 5:

    And just...great:

Really, there's just too many to mention. But my favorite, one of the best songs ever written:

It means "oh lord" here is that song for the billionth time on the air waves tonight. I feel like my entire adolescence saw me running away from that song. On the school bus, on my little radio at home, at friend's houses. Scarring, really. It's not Phil's fault that the old-time radio format was so wretched. I remember don't worry. How could I ever forget? Oh lorrorrohhrd.

    Well played.

One of my favorites. Love the 6/4 7/4 time sig.

I was just listening to Abacab the other day. Love this song:

Totally agree about that album and that era of Genesis. I think a lot of their technical wizardry is over my head though.

Just watched the video in the OP.

I love how the drummer nails the iconic fill without even blinking an eye. Not that the fill is that hard, but I would probably be pretty nervous with Phil Collins standing 10 feet in front of me.

Also love how these kids are ACTUALLY PLAYING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.

Yeah, and you gotta say this for Phil: he don't need no stinkin' autotune! :)
