ISIS only loses with this act. They are about to be knocked into oblivion. It's the dumbest thing they could've done.
Wrong. Attacking ISIS with all the might of the west, and giving them more of a spotlight in the disenfranchised crowd of oppressed middle eastern folks is exactly what they want. This is just a microcosm of our fundamental misunderstanding of the middle east as Americans.

Anyways, the biggest question out of this that will likely go unanswered: How in the hell did the guy carry out these plans, and even get his AR15 while being on an FBI watch list?
That's just absolutely effing r****ded to say he shot up the place because he saw two guys kissing. Guy was on FBI radar already prior to this. Of course it was motivated by radical Islam Anyway, I just wonder how the hell all these persons of interest aren't arrested by FBI before they do anything? What is the point of all this invasion of privacy if that don't at least do something with all that ill-gotten data??
So much this. Not sure enough attention is being devoted to this. They're saying the LA suspect is totally unrelated but that seems highly coincidental...

Another travesty on American soil. But if a school full of children getting massacred didn't change anything it's hard to believe a night club of gay people getting massacred moves the needle. Sad times in this country. Terrorism or mentally unstable or both. This man was able to legally obtain weapons to kill 50 people. What's the answer for this one? Allow guns into night clubs? Solid idea.
May the victims rest in peace and the injured recover quickly and fully. May the pice of s**t that did this rot in something worse than hell. May Dan Patrick go f*** himself.
an eyewitness on ABC News is complaining about the lack of police response to the active shooter. Says that there were police all around the building and the shooter continued to shoot. She was screaming for the police to go in there. They said that the shooter may have bombs. Says they gave 1 individual 2.5 3hrs to do whatever he wants. "You can't have 1 individual control all of Orange County police officers." Sounds like Deckard may have a decent argument. Tough call though. Police don't want to send a tactical unit and have them wiped out by a bomb either or start to randomly shoot with innocent lives inside.
they REALLY thought there were bombs, they saved 30 people after making a plan that included a distraction and well executed plan, they took fire to their kevlar and he said they were cowards. He has no decent argument, he is a moron.
I don't think they directed it. This guy was inspired by them and also his hate towards gays. If they had directed him, I doubt they would have told him to attack a gay club (on "Latin" night no less). They'd probably want to hit a group or place more broadly sympathetic to the "traditional" American. But it would be ironic if this piece of ****'s act led to more aggressive action against Daesh.
