What the hell are you babbling about? It was 2 poor decisions to pass and you got all of that out of it?
Seattle may make quick work of the NFC, this year. Premature, possibly, but most of their opponents won't be nearly as good as Green Bay.
Seahawks still pretty good, eh? Guessing that WON'T be the case here. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>From April: The Seahawks only got one home primetime game because they blow everyone out. <a href="http://t.co/IJOijkh8Vn">http://t.co/IJOijkh8Vn</a></p>— John Breech (@johnbreech) <a href="https://twitter.com/johnbreech/status/507734530526941184">September 5, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Counting preseason, regular season and postseason, the Seahawks are now 24-1 in Seattle over the last three years.</p>— Zach Zaidman (@ZachZaidman) <a href="https://twitter.com/ZachZaidman/status/507734831300481024">September 5, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>The <a href="https://twitter.com/Seahawks">@Seahawks</a> have now won 18 of past 19 at home, outscoring opp 558-253. It's hard to say...still the first week. It's going take well-rounded team to beat Seattle. I honestly think the NFC is little overrated, but the AFC is so mediocre after the Peytons and Toms.

I'm curious how much of Seattle's advantage has to do with teams flying west and losing time due to the time zones.
I think the crazy good O line that can easily pressure the QB without ever sending a blitz along with a remarkably awesome secondary is the majority of Seattle's advantage.
I agree, Bobby. People act like it's some magic, but having a great defensive line, alone already changes the complex game. If you have two or more lineman who can consistently generate a pass rush with one or two lineman who are as good or better at stopping the run. Most Super Bowl champions had a really talented defensive line when they won, if not I'm pretty sure it was 3-4 team with stalwart linebackers and a behemoth at nose tackle. I don't know why teams have a hard time figuring that out. Problem is, the Seahawks are a greater animal than what I said. Their secondary is greater than their defensive line. Sherman and Thomas are the elite standouts, while the other DBs are mostly tall WRs converted into CBs and players who have good coverage skills ... at least. Another problem with beating Seattle, their versatility at DE and OLB. ...and they're tough group of guys. P.S., which is why I feel the Texans are really another strong lineman or outside linebacker away from having an upper echelon.
Question: Why was the muffed punt not a HALO rule violation? Seattle looked VERY good last nite. I was impressed They just look steady Rocket River
Even if Thomas had signaled for a fair catch (which he did not) It would not have been a penalty because on the replay it clearly showed that Sherman blocked the coverage man into Thomas, which negates any halo rule infraction.
Is there any reasoning for why there's 10 games at noon and only 2 in the late slot? I know there's usually an imbalance, but the worst times make it impossible to watch/record multiple good games. Agenda to push fox's cowboys game of the week?
