That was more hubris... then again, there was no way they could afford to keep everybody (especially not a FB making the money Leach made).

I wonder if Baltimore fans feel like how Texans fans felt when it seemed like every player we got was an ex-Bronco.

    Ex-Texans Ravens (over the years):
    1. Leach
    2. Pollard
    3. Jacoby Jones
    4. Owen Daniels
    5. Forsette
    6. Kubiak/Dennison/Pariani

Not sure he'd play the same role in this offense.

Hell, Kubiak has 2 elite pass-catching TE's, and another run/pass blocking TE... he'd utilize an entire WR core of TE's if he could.

Well, we're about to find out... unless Kubiak doesn't decide to try and run out the clock when they're only in the THIRD quarter with a 11 point lead.

Kubes play calling is almost ticking me off more than Gilbride winning two SB's with the Giants.

You do realize that Kubes already has a couple of SB's as a play-caller as well...

Yeah, just seems as a HC his playcalling suffered in Houston.

Eh... his biggest downfall was not addressing the defense with anybody other than patsies until forced to.

His offense went the way of his players... if the players played well (and with confidence), they usually did well.

I saw the same Kubiak that I knew from Houston. Easily moved between the 20s, stalling out in the redzone. All those stuffs at the 1 yard line reminded me of the 2009 Cardinals game.

They were up 2 TDs though, but the Steelers (and the league hopefully) caught on that they need to cover the TEs and they're good.
