Im pretty sure that's launching... not good football. I could take a guy down if I threw my whole body at his neck.
extended video of the dance. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/plahZTasotA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> it's bizzare but if the cardinals are doing it then it must be new.
Oh wow. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Cardinals QB Carson Palmer feared to have torn his left ACL, which would end his season. Will have tests to confirm.</p>— Albert Breer (@AlbertBreer) <a href="https://twitter.com/AlbertBreer/status/531604586973634560">November 10, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Palmer was a top-10 QB so far this season and having arguably the best season of his career. He was a net-plus for that team. Stanton is likely to be a net-minus and would just be a caretaker QB. Their defense is great, but it's different when your great defense is paired with an above-average QB vs a caretaker. See Seattle or Baltimore or Pittsburgh before they got their current QB's.
It's a team effort and Drew Stanton won't cut it. Trust me. QBs who barely complete 50% of their passes and throw more INTs than TDs don't make Super Bowls. Before this year, he hadn't even thrown a pass in the NFL since 2010.
