Ridiculous how some of you are just assuming it's true because it's being looked into.

When a known cheater is accused of cheating, they often won't get the benefit of the doubt. You can argue that's not fair, but that's how it goes.

No. They had their own balls on their side.

    Inflated balls.

So the football is not controlled by the officials? Sounds like an NFL issue more than anything else.

I can't fathom a sports league that allows each team to bring their own ball to the field of play. That makes no sense.

Baseball home teams are responsible for all the baseballs used in any given game (with a ton of preparation going into rubbing them up... and in Colorado's case, de-humidifying them)... and in basketball, there is rarely more than one ball ever used (and even then, the home team provides the balls for warmups, etc.).

    Somebody has to do it.

At first glance it would seem like a team duty, particularly in order to help justify an equipment manager's salary.

GS does the Lord's work. Please do not associate them with the Patriots.

I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that it's true.

To call this tactic "common" would be a vast understatement in my opinion.

The flat balls were the sole reason why the Colts couldn't stop the Pats run game again and LGB ran wild on them, again. Yeah.

I was wondering what took so long to start the 2nd half and why they waited to switch balls for the Colts to kickoff to the Pats at the beginning of the 3rd qtr.

    Random thought.

I believe that all facts pointed to a Nixon victory in 1972 even without the spying that led to Watergate. That he had the electoral votes even if he ran a vanilla campaign. I also don’t believe anyone ever tried to defend Nixon by saying, “He would’ve won anyway. Why not just let the scandal go since it clearly did not affect the election results itself?”

i love it when bellicheat likes to complain about our turf monster or other gms for making comments acting like he is offended.
only we can call our beloved turf monster. i want the texans to embrace it and muddy it up even more when patriots come into town. he will devour all your gimmickie receivers legs.
