[NFL] Andre Johnson signs with the Colts

Well at least he doesn't look happy.

 

I'll never understand the "let andre go somewhere to win" people I had to listen to for 10 years. Now that he is with the Colts I hope he never wins anything.

I understand Dre wanting to stick it to the Texans, but signing with Indy he's sticking the fans as well.

 

I don't think that was his intention. Pagano probably played a huge part and obviously Andrew luck

 

I'm not worried about it, I know Andre is a bitter old has-been who will probably take shots at the Texans any chance he gets, but let's face it, I'm more interested in seeing how he takes the shots during the regular season....if I remember correctly, he's not that good at it anymore

 

Objectively almost no player worth his salt would want to be a long time Texan based on history. The franchise has been mediocre at best. There have been worse franchises but none as uninspiring as the Texans.

Hopefully it changes but I suspect it will require new ownership.

 

Wouldn't be shocked at all to see them in the SB. If only they can get that AFC title game in Indy. Giving Luck 2 more weapons (Dre, and Dorsett) will make that offense frightening.

 

No longer a Texan, I hope he never wins another game. The city of Houston has been through way more than AJ has. If anybody deserves a SB it's the City of Houston.

 

He probably just wants to win.

Dang it really bothers you that an all time great Texan still got a huge contract and a big role despite your predictions otherwise.

Hopefully one of the 20 WRs the Texans acquired in a panic over the off season have a year half as good as Andre's.

Btw,how's your favorite QB Fitzpatrick doing? He's an above average QB right? I'm sure he got a huge contract and isn't backing up a scrub like Geno Smith or anything.

 

Not in the least, I think it's hilarious that the Colts wasted that much money on him so he can be their 3rd or 4th option. Foolish decisions like that are why I don't see the Colts ever getting back over the top.

I know you aren't very good at QB analysis, so let's just skip that topic, as you are ill-equipped to hold a conversation on the subject.

I actually agree with you that the Colts should have spent money elsewhere. But I also think Andre has something left which is why he had so many suitors.

And yeah, me and the whole NFL are ill-equipped to analyze qbs. We can't see that Fitz deserves a starting role on a contending team amirite.

Hey, feel free to root for the Colts this year all you want, but if you took an objective look at it, you'd see that Dre is clearly on the decline....especially real fans that remember this Andre once upon a time

Agreed, anyone that called themselves a Texans fan who pulls for the Colts now that Andre Johnson plays there is no better than the worst of Lin fans that are now Lakers fans.
