    I don't think his agent would've had him practising if he didn't. That would be VY agent levels of ineptitude.

    Actually, I don't think he's signed his contract yet. But he DID sign an injury waiver clause thingie that forces JAX to negotiate a contract as if Fowler is completely healthy. Something something good faith contract.

    JFC, that's some stupid sh-t. What is there to negotiate with the rookie salary scale? That contract should've been signed the day after.

    I predict Jameis Winston will be the Floyd Mayweather Jr. of the NFL,... hated the majority of non-black america, no endorsments but will be the best player in the game by his 3rd or 4th year in the league
