Man the Seattle show a month ago was amazing. Except for the dirty hippie couple who decided to stand right next to our aisle seats. Ushers didn't do ****. Had to tell flannel boy and his alternative ethnicity girlfriend to **** off because I didn't pay 300 bucks and drive 300 miles to smell ****ing Patchouli. I came to see the gods do their dance. And dance they did.
Nobody? You cannot deny that Thom and Martin Short are cut from the exact same cloth; they must be distant cousins. And bf you might think I hate them, I still respect them but they are old news for me. I was lucky and old enough to see them open for Belly in 93, REM in 95 and then headlining shows in 98, 01 2 times and 03 @ Red Rocks.
Cool song but it sounds almost exactly like Just. Not that that's a bad thing. They're both even in the same key. On another note, Selway is such an underrated drummer. Always so tasteful and musical, never plays more than the song asks for. Reminds me a lot of Nick Mason (Pink Floyd).
