Watching him play against weak competition isn't very interesting :/. Good to see that he seems healthy though.

It be more worthwhile if Lin gets mad during pick up games and throws a basketball at some chick ref..

On that team though Lin had Tyson Chandler who was his perfect complement at the C.

Asik in comparison has stone hands, is not as athletic and there remains questions about whether he is capable of being just as productive as a starter with additional minutes.

Also, rookies are for the most part bonafide scrubs and need to spend a couple of seasons to develop.

Not sure where to put this in which Lin's thread, but this one is also a nice pickup game against the pros. IDK if this was recent or when he was with the GS Warriors.

I see. I read somewhere that Lin participates in Rondo's charity games or something like that. That must have been some footage.

Kinda looked like he was playing at 75%. He probably didn't want to embarrass the other players too much. Must have been a blast for them though to play with/against such a high-profile NBA player.

The dunk in the initial linked video looked encouraging...... It didn't look like he put full effort into it. (His elbow was slightly bent, unlike the three dunks he had with the Knicks.) There is also a two-handed dunk at the end of the video below.........

    <iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/Hc7Rdl0TeHo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I've seen footage of Lin's play in college...... Playing last season for the Knicks, he didn't appear to have the hops that he had in college........ But with some of the footage I've seen this summer, it appears he might have that back.

It's difficult to fathom that with all he did with the Knicks, he may not have been 100 percent during that time. But if that's the case, and if he's worked on the weak parts of his game (finishing left, turnovers), his upside is SCARY.......................
