    You are the second person that mentioned Seattle and Filipino food. You will get em fresh now instead of the typically frozen ones your see in markets. :(

    Plan to open up this June and serve in the midtown, heights and montrose area to start off. If the demand is somewhere else in Harris county we will more than likely move there.

    That was the original plan. We were supposed to hit the streets in April but the truck got stuck at the mechanic for longer than we thought. It is still currently being built and will be done soon but not soon enough to serve at Haute Wheels. We will be there to support the Food Truck community as well.
