Sounds a lot more realistic than the last crap they had planned. What was that again? Adventure World?
No Dinosaurs? Screw that ****! Put a damn Brontosaurus or Terodactyl in it and I'm there! Every ****ing weekend!

Based on the video, what is up with animals? We can all those at the zoo, hell, we can see some of them animals on the way to Austin or Dallas.
After what happened with Earthquest, until I see some actual construction, I'm not getting my hopes up.
Not to burst anyone's bubble, but the total cost of this theme park is $119 million. A decent roller coaster costs $15-20 million. In other words, you shouldn't be expecting much.
This is old news but this actually does not affect earth quest that's a deiiferent project that's expected to be done by next year.
This thing is legit. Look up Contour Entertainment. Those guys aren't the hoax that Whitestone development was. Grand Texas will get built in the exact same location EQ was suppose to be built.
Exactly. The scale of this is very small if you're thinking of an AstroWorld-esque theme park. This isn't that.
Why did Astroworld fail again? I heard it got taken over by roaming gangs or something? Well New Caney should be fairly well insulated from that, I guess
