Steve Jobs is midway through, looks like some cool new improvements to the iLife apps - iWeb, iPhoto, etc. more to come obviously. FM Tuner remote for iPod...
MacBooks I wonder what the Intel upgrade to the PowerMac line will be like. And what will they call it?
yay macbook pro! Though it looks like some people are disappointed about the lack of dual layer dvd burner and firewire 800 http://www.engadget.com/2006/01/10/apple-leaps-ahead-with-dual-core-intel-macbook-pro/
I believe he meant an FM tuner, as in you can listen to and record FM radio from your iPod... they are trying to keep up with Creative and Toshiba's latest offerings. On two of my previous 4 iPods I had Griffin iTrip transmitters for them, but was rather dissapointed with the sound quality about 50% of the time... My car has a CD/Tape so I reverted back to using the good ol' CD to Tape thingie, and it worked like a charm. There are however plenty of ways to integrate your iPod directly into your stereo now, aftermarket or do it yourself...

wow.....I was just trying to make a joke (kind of along the lines of.....if ya can't beat 'em, join em). I had no idea this was actually the case.
Its just speculation. They shouldn't state it as fact. It may be possible, but Apple will never support it.
Saw this earlier but forgot to post about it: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10794396/from/RS.3/ Is that enough for confirmation? To be fair, it isn't exactly "easy" to do, depending on how tech-savy you are anyway.
I got one of these but only use it when I go snow skiing. http://shop.ipodworld.co.uk/iPodWor...d Power/BE02/Belkin_iPod_Extended_Battery.htm
What you mean it isn't easy? If you can have a CD Rom, just like you normally would installing a fresh copy of windows right? Now you can also install Mac software on PCS, interesting. I might get a copy to see how it works.
I was referring to this part of the article: I'm sure it wouldn't be that tough for a lot of the members on the board, but someone like my mother probably wouldn't understand how to get Windows running on an Intel Mac (if she even cared). That's what I meant by not being "easy."
