Look, all i'm saying is the Michael Sam's and Jason Collins of the world should stick to doing each others hair and nails. Leave the sports to the real men. I don't buy that. The Nets actively pursued Jordan Hill but were unable to reach a deal. Same with Big Baby Davis. They've been thin at C ever since the Lopez injury. When you need a center and your only options via free agency are flakes like Kwame, Darko, Tyrus Thomas and others, I can see why Collins finally received a phone call.

You forgot that he is a team player that will be behind you 100%... That being said, I'm glad he's getting another shot...agenda or not. The quicker people can get over this ( and racism, sexism, all that), the better.
i get the fight for acceptance...the irony though is Sam and Collins are fighting for equality in sports and yet getting substantially more news coverage and endorsements than they would other wise....Since when does a guy who signed a day contract get a post game news conference
