I steam and still get 1 DVD in the mail for the show I can not steam. There is usually a 3 day turn around. If I mail on Monday I receive the next on Wednesday. It suppose to be unlimited but after I get past 6 DVDs for the month the turn around seems to slow down to 5 days. It take a extra two days before they receive it and mail out the next.

    Anyone else have this problem?

Maybe you shouldn't steam your DVD's.

And yes, netflix does throttle your turnaround if you use it too much.

I have never had a problem. I have always had a two day turnaround regardless of how many DVDs I get in a month.

What year is it? Jk I never liked DVDs thru the mail because I had gamefly and someone stole "Shadowrun" from out of my mailbox and I had to pay them back the full price of the game.

The original Netflix (via DVD) has so much more to offer than the streaming option. If I had more free time to watch movies, I'd sign up for the DVD service asap as any movie lover would.

They haven't done that to me and I've been doing the 3 DVD option and I always get them out the day after I get them (I ended up getting something like 21 DVDs this month) maybe it's because I'm on the free trial and they're trying to get me to sign up before they hold anything back.

I've never had a turn around longer than 3 days and that's with titles that are in low availability.

I do have to say that I always keep other backup movies in my queue just in case I have to wait though
