In my opinion, this is SUCH a smart move by Sam Hinkie for a rebuild. You get Noel, who won't have much of an impact in Year One. You get possibly a lottery pick in 2014 and your own lottery pick that year is going to be very good. And you keep #11 this year.
Okay its the Pelican's pick. That makes more sense. Good move and you don't have to pay Jrue the max.
