    Not interested in having a player in our rotation who doesn`t try hard enough in his chances.

    Our main strength right now, maybe the only one is our effort, we don`t bring players who can ruin that.

    This does not work like that. You have 5 Hayes with little talent equals nothing

    3 hard workers - two half assers - you can soften it up a tad

    You need to have balance depending on the talent of course
    Marcus talent level is not off the charts IMHO not as much as Daryl and those guys hoped for

    great small forward my foot, I think decent to good at best unless he is working hard of course
