    Melo is not coming to Houston. I've said this and confirmed it again today. It would take an absolute miracle for the rockets to turn it around now. The Knicks stopped contacting the rockets weeks ago and started again this week. Same offers were made. Deal is set the only party involved not interested is new York. And they won't budge. This will go on through the season to the trade deadline. It is a gamble that the Knicks are willing to take now as opposed to earlier this off-season. They will wait melo out until he gets frustrated and adds another team to his list. Watch out for okc. Rockets office believes they have the upper hand. They do not. It's a matter of time before they realize their leverage is close to zero at this point. I'm sure I will get roasted just like every time I post what I've heard but that's fine. You believe what you want to. But melo isn't in Houston and the dominoes I was told would fall are starting to fall. I hate bringing bad news but it's info for you guys I thought you would appreciate knowing at least.

    If he draws a line in the sand, he holds the cards. He gets paid either way. His agent will tell him not to blink....and if he doesn't, the Knicks have to trade him here, release him...or keep him on their roster while they're trying to rebuild.

    The Knicks are using Kyler again. They don't like what is being offered and they are trying to spread the lie that they are willing to keep him.

    I don't think Morey cares. He knows it is either New York or Houston. At some point, the Knicks are going to get tired of having him on the roster. It might be in the off-season. It might be in training camp. Heck, it might be during the season... but Morey has no reason to change his offer.

    Yeah, keep an eye on OKC who can only offer the same type of deal the Rockets can but in a **** city Melo wouldn't want to live in. Lol, at least try to make it believable.

    At this point knicks gm should just trade him to Houston. I wouldn't want a guy on my team that doesn't want to play for my team. With the trade clause i would send him where he wants and start to rebuild my team. Keeping Melo slows the process while making the organization look bad to the nba players.
