Man f*** that show and f*** the national media. They never know the full story and they definitely dont watch every game like we do (clutchfans). Bunch of morons and washed up vets who had to settle for a bs analyst job.
scottie Quitten just lumped the Rockets regime that traded for him to the current regime as the same. He said thats why he never succeeded with "THE HOUSTON ROCKETS" cause they wanted me to stand out there and be a spot up 3 pt shooter as well. First of all shut the **** up you slag. He's lucky he played with Jordan... Don't get me wrong he was a great defender/player, but he certainly wasn't the number 1 option you'd want for your NBA team ever (hahha yes he's still a % of a % of the basketball population that we can't even touch and great, yes - I'm cringing as I'm typing that).... But I'm talking like Jordan esque on his own - He experienced that in Portland and some during the 1.5 years Jordan was gone... Yeah, haha, "okay, Pip, Houston asked you to shoot 3s like they're doing now??". He hopefully gets these BS stories fed to him, but then again he was pretty much broke and it wasn't even from gambling... But purchases like buying a jet - then again it's probably great to even be in that spot to even make stupid purchases - but whatever. So... On the wing and as a defender, sure, but doing like harden/eg and Co, no way. I mean he probably thinks Les is still the owner and Morey was the GM back then too... Tl;Dr - I love how he glosses over how he looked so amazing without Jordan - and it was the Rockets fault on everything. It would have been so much better if Jordan came in 99. Houston probably would have done something.
