No hijacking here, just supporting the point, so

Unlike McGrady, Leinart demonstrates interest in the kid. He also indicates he wants more time, and helps financially. But that doesnt matter, cuz of his "Hollywood lifestyle" complicates matters.....okay this is MATT LEINART. Tribes in Africa know what Matt Leinart is about - she didnt know this being in the backyard of Hollywood in USC?! She wants his Hollywood-inflated child support money but hates him living a Hollywood life? She's complaining about doing the heavy lifting, while the professional athlete father who SPENDS HIS TIME ON THE ROAD on an NFL team cant play the part of at-home daddy? (She herself plays b-ball at USC so I can see where she wouldnt consider that an exception, still....didnt she care about her OWN playing career and education at USC?)

She has full rights to question the amount and has full lawful right to say she wants the expected support % within the existing system, can't knock that really. Point is....We all know Leinart's a bum in this, We all know Mcgrady is as well. But the more they play I'ma poor mom out in the cold trying to do the right thing the more it can actually expose the gold digging (how did she arrive at $30K a month?) and her own lack of substance. Just go on what it is actually is at its best case scenario - a single mother business negotiation, secure yourself, think of the kids needs a little, and call it what it is..

Got news for you, if your pregnant girlfriend/wife lives in California, she will have your bankroll if you break up or divorce her! California has one of the most liberal family court laws anywhere. They award child support based on 20% of your gross salary (no salary cap in family court) or investment income PLUS she can receive additional payment for child care/nanny and not even use such service nor have to provide a receipt for said service. Then to top it off, she can request alimony/palimony payments because she can claim that as a single parent she does not have the time to work. Leinart tried to be smart by buying her a car and giving her $6,000 a month hoping she would be satisfied. Wishful thinking, especially we she watches Entertainment Tonight or TMZ.com and see that he is trying to be a player with the female celebrities.

Wait until Brady's ex-girlfriend has her baby, eventhough she is an actress she is going to be spiteful and get a lot of his money.
