So if they allow streaming games to your computer...does that mean i can watch people streaming Rockets' games live on some websites w/ better quality? I am all for it.

Know anyone who will let you login to their account? Family member or close friends, perhaps? (I already do this for HBO Go and Showtime Anytime).

To clarify, you'll still need a cable/satellite provider that has access to your local team.

It's another step in the right direction.

Ultimately, I want a season pass for streaming directly through the Rockets site. No middle-man other than the internet service provider. Until the cable providers figure this out, they will continue to lose the market to pirates.

Great. I have family with Comcast. I definitely will be stealing their log in info.

Does this mean that Rockets games will no longer be blacked out on NBA league pass online for me anymore?

Doesn't seem so, seems like it just means that cable users can watch online now.

Deal hasn't been struck yet, can't imagine the service being active till at least mid season.

I wonder if I'll be able to watch games with a comcast login up in Austin, or if it'll force me to the spurs

I'm gonna assume they have thought about family sharing.

If not a group of guys could just pitch in for one comcast service, I'm sure they will prevent it somehow.

Definitely not how I read it. I still have Fox Sports SW and I'm betting a lot of Rockets fans that watched the games for years still do too. This could be great news for a lots of people who are desperately trying to avoid Comcast.

I think it means the games won't be blacked out on league pass on the internet if you enter a valid Comcast user name/password.
