I remember last year when Westbrook kicked the ball as lillard was going to pick it up and then they had to be separated. It was after the play. Nothing really even triggered it was just super petty, so he might be right about the animosity.

He definitely does. Even when they weren't good, I liked watching his Florida teams because they "played the right way". He's not a soft touch kind of coach either but herding those 3 cats into the same room might be impossible. The one year he had KD & WB together OKC played some of the best offense the NBA has seen. Sometimes KD was so excited post-game he could barely contain himself. He almost glowed when talking about how great their offense was. But eventually WB went off the reservation, reverted back to selfish form and KD got fed up enough to leave. I truly believe if Donovan had been hired a year earlier and had two years with both guys they would have won a championship. WB is truly out of control. His supreme talent masks the negative impact he has on teammates.
I think the question people should be asking is....does Westbrook play in a system or listen to a coach. I think he just plays for himself
There's no need to think, Dennis Smith Jr is already getting fluid drained from his knee. I wouldn't be surprised if he was playing through pain and thats affecting his shot. Kid is supremely talented but he will have a short career ala Brandon Roy if he continues his reckless style of play.
I want them to make the playoffs so they get a low pick and then get swept by GSW. Not making the playoffs just gives them a higher pick and Presti is a pretty good drafter all things considered.
I believe you. They should've won that series with GS easily and could've won the trophy that year. Do you remember if they went away from their system after they were up 3-1?
