I prefer the Spurs to win. I don't want OKC gaining any confidence and that trio thinking they can work it out. By January I want to hear trade rumors for George and Melo. The Spurs are the Spurs, they are going to be in the thick of things regardless.
I’m gonna need an OKC L tonight I also like to see a Cavs L, but I wouldn’t mind the Clippers losing tonight either my game of the night is Pelicans @ Nuggets
Spurs look atrocious on offense. Okc’s defense is very good but the spurs also seem to be getting figured out without kawhi the longer the season goes on. Good but I dont want OKC to get momentum. Hopefully they lose to pistons, pelicans, and warriors
I disagree. She is one of the more knowledgeable ESPN broadcasters. She voted for Westbrook for MVP though so that's one strike against her.
Ive been to at and t center a lot and pointed out how the atmosphere is similar to toyota center before on this board. Its southern cities for the most part in my opinion. A lot of stadiums dont fill out for nba teams in florida, texas, louisiana North east stadiums for winter sports always seem to be packed
San Antonio doesn't have any other sports teams. There is no reason why that place shouldn't be filled. At least Houston can say there are other teams they are interested in.
I'm from San Antonio and I completely disagree... been to plenty of games at both arenas but maybe your experience was different. The whole entire city is Spurs obsessed
their crowds aren’t consistently trash like ours are I think we have a bottom 5 home atmosphere when u take into account how good the team is, I don’t think anyone would put the Spurs in the bottom 5 I think their home crowds are easily better than ours for the most part
Yeah thats one of the things that im basing my judgment on. She is slobbing westbrook right now and said the 3 best players in converting open court fast break buckets are westbrook, kyrie, and lebron (no harden). She doesnt show harden love very much and seems to talk down to the audience. Reminds me of matt bullards talkjng style. A little bit condescending. Thats my view.
OKC are obviously going to be a huge problem. They have a scary good defense & they'll eventually figure it out on offense.
