I don't think that's a far assumption to make from today's game. He was in foul trouble the whole game. But I do agree that he doesn't look the same but I think he'll get back to his old form.
Lol it only took him 17 years to learn not too chuck? I don't think so. The Lakers will lose a game and then he'll be back to his old ways.
Haha I refuse to take criticims from someone who thinks "LeBron is a great athlete who plays basketball." Clearly you don't know shyte about the game.
His sig implies that LeBron is only good because he's athletic and Kobe is good because he's skilled. The irony is that Kobe's recent good games are due to him playing like LeBron has his whole career. LeBron is a far more intelligent basketball player than Kobe and would have figured out how to play with three HOFers from day one, not halfway through the season. And I strongly doubt Kobe will be able to keep this up... Once a chucker, always a chucker.
Oh, I didn't read the sig. I disagree with him there. Lebron has proved that his skill level is improving all around. He already has the ball handling and the passing ability down. Once Lebron loses the "athleticism" then he will start averaging 10 assists regularly and let his teammates do the scoring. He might even go down in the post where he will still be faster than the PF. Lebron is just a great basketball player with high IQ. But Kobe has a high IQ also. Its not Kobes fault his teammates were not hitting their shots when he did pass the rock to them. Its not Kobes fault that some of his teammates take their talents for granted and don't push themselves to play better and win.
lol you mad. Obviously LeBron has skills. He's a GREAT athlete, with good athleticism all around including size, speed, and indeed vision, coordination, and reflex. That combined with a good knowledge of bball makes for an all time great. You're reading too much into the sig. Leave it, Kobe's got more moves than LeBron will ever have, that's all I mean. It doesn't mean LBJ isn't as effective a player as Kobe, in fact that couldn't be further from the truth. Just face the fact that there's just some things Kobe is better at, and will be better at for eternity (i.e footwork, shooter's touch, etc). ALL THAT, btw, is beside the point. Seriously Kobe had a GREAT game today, can't you at least give the man the props he deserved?? lol
Still a very good player though. Odom-Griffin front-court is great, Odom is just a great front-court complement to any post player. Although the Clips blew out the Trailblazers, they looked like trash tonight when Bledsoe sat out for too long. Even so that kid has been way overrated, he's a great PG when used for 20 minutes a game, but long-term you can see the drop off from CP3 to Bledsoe.
Rockets were pretty fortunate that Ryan Anderson flat out sucked in their 4 matchups with New Orleans. He hit SEVEN threes tonight -- the Hornets beat the Grizzlies in Memphis.
Recall many on here wishing we had Eric Bledsoe instead of Lin. With CP3 out the last few games he's shown what he is as a starter, dude is a HORRIBLE passer. He's blown so many lead and entry passes and makes some WTF inducing passes into heavy traffic. I think it was the Suns game he threw a lob to Blake like 5 feet over his head, then a few plays later throws a pass off target into the paint to a wide open Blake that ruins an easy layup. Even tonight he had some really bad passes. He also has a tendency to barrel into the paint full speed with no plan and gets a TO. He also is not very good in the pick-and-roll and jumper looks worse than Lin's. Basically all he has is athleticism which makes him a good rebounder for his position and gets him some highlight blocks once in a while but I see nothing in his game fundamentals wise that shows much potential.
Bledsoe will blossom once he becomes a full-time PG. He's still a young guy and plays out of control. However, you didn't mention the best thing about him, which is that he is a game-changer on the defensive end. He can lock down opposing PGs with his speed and strength and if they are ball-dominant, that can stifle the whole offense. Hopefully the Clippers can get something decent in return in a trade next offseason because Bledsoe will get big offers from around the league and it's unlikely the Clippers will be able to match.
The Hornets are much better than people realize, now that they have Gordon and Davis at full health. Monty Williams is one of the best coaches in the NBA and that team has a lot of talent. If they stay healthy, they'll give playoff contenders fits in the second half of the season.
