if heat wins, it will just make things easier for spurs. the pacers will give the spurs a tougher time

Heat win, but I want the Spurs to and so should every Rockets fan. Think about it, San Antonio wins- Duncan retires. And the Spurs go from perennial contender to perennial playoff team. Leaving a hole in the southwest division and the whole conference, a hole for us to fill.
But then T-Mac will win a championship and then the TOF vs. Anti-TOF flame wars on here will escalate.
Yeah, and Miami was supposed to sweep Indiana too. San Antonio is Indiana with a bench and a better coach. I honestly think they would be the favorites if they had home court.
To be fair, San Antonio doesn't have big bad Hibbert in the post. Heat might actually have an advantage if the rebounding advantage for San Antonio is marginal or nil.
Don't fall for the trap. It seemed most folks last year picked OKC over Miami after all the trouble Boston gave the Heat... not realizing that the teams Miami struggles with most are those that are incredibly physical. The Spurs are a great team, but their identity is more in efficiency than physicality. I want the Spurs to win, and I think they can with a few breaks... but I'll take Miami in 6. The Spurs don't match up well enough to offset the best player rule.
