    yes the entire point of the lottery is to determine picks 1-3

    4-14 are just the teams left in order of worst record

    the last place team could pick no higher than 4

    I never realized the Rockets have had more #1 picks than anyone else (5). That seriously blows my mind.

    This draft lottery for the Rockets sums up the whole of Rockets' season perfectly: "there is always a mathematical glimmer of a chance that has us making it, but things never materialize in the end and we all go home disappointed with nothing."

    Irving is the best of the 3. I would expect DM to pick D-Will because of Lowry's emergence and Irving's injury history though. Kanter isn't as good as the above two,and also may have bad knees. Missing college ball hurts his stock as well.

    Unfortunately,our chances of getting there is almost zero.
