Too bad Toronto's GM wasn't there to have Brooks name fresh in his mind.

    DeMar DeRozan represented them.

I'm not sure if the Wizards are going to keep JHo. He has a $12 million team option...actually, I'm pretty sure the Wizards are going to decline that option and if JHo is with the team, he'll be a re-signed free agent for less than that. The Wizards (even with Arenas) will have about $20 - $23 million for free agents due to cleaning house (Jamison, Butler, Stevensen) so they'll have a lot of flexibility.

Their team will be more like:
    1 Wall
    2 Arenas
    3 Al Thornton
    4 Blatche
    5 McGee

    sub Nick Young
    sub Q Ross

and sprinkle in there 2 or 3 free agents (possibly a max) like perhaps
JJ, Amare, Bosh, Rudy Gay, David Lee, Booze...

I would like to see David Lee as a Wizard...this summer is sure to be interesting.

no doubt. that smile willed the ball into the 14th hole.

poker players are notorious for muted displays. is Phil Ivey available for the next draft?

Nah ESPN is the same on sports. They are simply getting more and more about other stuff.

I liked brook's clark kent glasses. I thought the reporter chic did not make an effort to even approach brooks. Sad, because he is so witty.

I laughed when the Pacers didn't get the 1st pick. Granger just put his head down and shook it.

So much for the John Wall jersey he had underneath. :D

Man, some people are picking Brooks apart because he smiled. He smiles all the time. I bet he would've had an even bigger smile if we moved into the top 3.

    My thoughts exactly.

Probably should have sent Scola in retrospect.

"The 14th pick goes to...the Houston Rockets."

Because who they send to a lottery actually affects the chances of winning it? Lemme guess, you're also one of the people who think that they caused a rox win/lose because of something they did/didn't do right?
