You did not know what you were talking about. Rockets is not even top 4 in the west. what makes you think being top 4 at least on that power ranking?
http://grantland.com/the-triangle/k...lahoma-city-thunder-future-russell-westbrook/ I think there is a real chance he is back healthy, just the way he was after 20 or so games. Not saying it's a guarantee just that the possibility is there. Like the article said everyone is different, but most are fully healthy after 6-8 weeks. We will just have to see, but my money would be on the Thunder maintaining a top seed in the West.
I was listening to XM Nba Radio today and they had on an orthopedic surgeon from NYC who deals with these injuries. He said that 6-8 weeks is a very aggressive estimate, he thinks durant will be back in the 10-12 week range.
I'd imagine the Thunder will be very cautious with KD and hold him out as long as possible. KD's longterm health is much more important to them than winning 5 or so more extra games this season. The time off could actually help some of their young guys like Lamb, Roberson, and Perry Jones establish themselves as rotation pieces. Westbrook, Ibaka, and Jackson is enough to keep them reasonably competitive until KD is 100% cleared.
So someone repped and said Rockets weren't even top 4 or 5 last year, that the Rockets will struggle once again. Well whoever sent that to me, did you forget they had homecourt advantage in the playoffs, that means top 4/5. Imagine if the Rockets were in the east, they would've been a top 3 team. "know your berries"
I'm not sounding so dumb now huh ? To the man that gave me bad rep because I was blind thinking the Rockets weren't better than last year.
