I honestly cannot believe this crap. People are voting in this whiner to represent our team instead of Aaron Brooks? Really?

Hope the NBA pulls some strings and Nash gets to start. He deserves it more then McGrady does.

Misleading thread title: This is not the final ballot. It's the final ballot update.

From the article: "Paper balloting will continue through Jan. 10, while wireless balloting and voting on NBA.com will conclude Jan. 18."

Either way, it's pathetic to see that many votes for McGrady. Fan voting should play no more than one-third of a role in determining the starters. I think the NFL only allows fan votes to count one-third toward determining all All-Star players.

The NBA and NHL do it wrong.

If anything Brooks or Landry should get the all-star nod considering the way that they are playing.

Nash, the way he is playing, will probably surpass Tracy in votes.

No way for Brooks. There are countless guards that deserve it over him.

Even in Landry's case, there are a number of good forwards that problem should edge him out.

The best part about McGrady making the All Star team is that you can be sure he will go for the MVP. There is nothing I want to see more than Tslack going 3/17 in an All Star game.

He already said he was going to skip the all star game if voted in. Something about how other players deserve it more than him. No **** Sherlock.

If Tracy is not traded before the All-Star game it could be 'bad" P.R. for him and/or the Rockets organization. It's been very public, the whole "I'm ready" and Tracy's unhappiness about playtime situation here in Houston. The "Tracy asking for a trade and the Rockets going in a different direction", drama. If Tracy is bitter with Houston, No telling what he could say on national t.v., making himself or the Rockets look bad.

He will be getting plenty of questions about his health and his readiness to play. Tracy isn't always the smoothes character on camera, and as some would say, his being "too honest" when being asked questions.

Really, thinks about it. The All-Star game, Tracy is there, or he's not there? Will he Play? How will he look? Why don't the Rockets what him? What jersey will he wear? Did he play like a all star? or like a over the hill injured trying to make a comeback? What if He doesn't play? Is he still injured? What if he can't keep up? What if he looks good, drop 20pts and has a few highlights? Does this make the Rockets look bad?

I bet Morey has a deal done by then, He knows this too.

It would be funny if Tracy only played 8 minutes though. ;)

He's going to decline anyways it doesn't really matter. Plus the NBA won't let him get voted in, Nash will somehow wind up on top
