Wasn't he a 99 to start out 2k12? I think they got a bunch of complaining about it so they changed his defensive awareness so he'd only be 98, lol. Kobe's trade value should be lower so I can trade for him in 2k now.
It's difficult not having someone like Lebron rated up there b/c he does everything so good. Every time i try and do Hakeem ratings appropriately, he turns out to be a 99. IMO though, No one should be 99 except Jordan and Wilt. Lebron, Dream, Bird and Magic, etc should be 97-98
I have created my own, including my tattoos. But, for some reason all of the programs i used for 3d modeling stopped working. Either way, i just wasn't good enough and i begged for the good modders to make me and i'd pay them, but no one replied.
He's mostly a scorer though, guys like Ellis and K Mart are rated in the low 80's. I know Melo is much better than them, but I don't think he's in the same class as Durant or Dwight.
Yeah I saw that. I gotta believe they made him the 2nd highest player in the game. If not, maybe Dwight or Wade, cause I know Kobe is a 94? Either way, Lebron should be no lower than a 97 in my opinion, he's just too dominant coming off his best season ever. I'd go... Lebron - 97 Durant - 95 Dwight - 94 Kobe - 94 Wade - 93 Rose - 92 Melo - 92 Love - 91 D Will - 90 Westbrook - 90 That'd be my Top 10, but I might be missing somebody! What do y'all think?
I think the max should be around 95 realistically, how can you have a perfect player? Even in vg you cant be perfect.
They fixed my player for 2k12. You start off in the 60+ rating and should be able to rank up to an all-star in the first season and possibly finish as MVP rookie season. I managed to do so on XBOX 360 as a pg. averaged something like 20ppg 12apg 3rpg and 4spg.
My friend told me playing pg is the only way to go as you always have the ball. I hate being pg. Either SG or post up center, but it sucks when you can't get the ball.
99 doesn't make a player perfect. Far from it. Some stats carry more weight towards the overall rating than others. Just because a player is 99 doesn't mean all their stats are maxed out.
Its not about the number. Its a measure of how good a player is at that position and it awards a player in a position for having high positionally-important stats. Like for a center a high block and rebound rating will skyrocket their overall rating more than for a point guard. While a point guard's passing rating will skyrocket their overall rating more than for a center. It also works the same way in the reverse nature of impact on decreasing the overall rating. There is no symbolic vision of perfection being cast on players with 99s. That's not how the rating system works.
More ratings. Scottie Pippen: 92 overall Kevin Love: 89 overall Anthony Davis: 80 overall Andre Iguodala: 87 overall Monta Ellis: 86 overall Dion Waiters: 71 overall
