Why is it that when I try online association, I can't connect to their servers, but I can still save vc?

Sorry about the massive bump, but does anyone know how to do a fantasy draft with legends players? I usually get together with some friends and do a 'realistic' draft with current players, but we want to do something different by just having legends rosters in the draft. Is there any way to do this?
I don't think you can do that. The closest thing to that may be ultimate team where you save up coins to buy players and you can add legends once you get more
http://www.nba2k.org/ For you PC gamers if you don't like the soundtrack these guys made their own and it tells you how to make your own playlist
So, I haven't bought a 2k game since 2k8. Do the rosters update every year? Meaning that, if I get the 2k14 version, will it include Wiggins / whoever comes out, or will I have to buy the 2k15 version?
not true. I still tune in my head songs from multuple 2k games over the years. This soundtrack just sucks. it's a bunch of crap. nothing like these: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/B__vtB450bQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/J1FQM5NqtoM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Wiggin will be 2k15, but if you get the PC version there will be people who mod and put his cyber face in and stuff.
Eh, I had it on Xbox 360, switched to PC a week ago when I traded my games in (best buy had 100% trade in credit). I like less loading times, faster, smoother gameplay, and upgraded graphics.
Wiggins will be in college when 2k14 comes out so he'll be on 2k15. But 2k has 2kshare where people upload updated rosters. Not the same as an official update but does its job. I've been playing with Canaan and he can shoot lights out
