The best PG in the league this year so far is CP3. Curry is my second vote.

A lot of people will think the trades they are doing lately doesn't make any sense.

But the truth remains, they have a group of nice role players and none of them are stars.

And the problem is this : when you have a good coach to lead a group of good role players playing well, they can make the playoff.

But when you have a bad coach to lead a bunch of role players, they will suck as bad as any other teams.

Time to move on and rebuild for a star.

That's because it's not supposed to make any sense.

No GM wants other GMs to believe they are rebuilding. It turns your roster into a garage sale. The only team that is tanking without reservation is Philly.

We will find out where things really stand shortly. My guess is Denver is closer to rebuilding than most suppose, and Lawson won't command a kings ransom. I don't know if I want him, but I'm almost positive the Rockets can get him without turning everything of value over to Denver.

Teague is better than 4 or 5 of the above.

The problem is you really have no idea what you're talking about as evidenced by these schizophrenic posts in the same thread. You're trying to lecture people on what kind of team they are, but I'm sure you've haven't watched the Nuggets really play at all this year.

I don't think it is a ploy. The ownership in Denver believes that they are a playoff team. They view their team as similar to the one a few years ago. They have taken shots at their own head coach. As much as I would like to get Lawson, everything I have read and heard is that they are trying to make a run at the playoffs.

Replace Rondo with Conley? Not sure if Rondo just didn't wanna be in Dallas, or if he's regressed that badly, or he just got fluffed up because of KG, PP, and Jesus Shuttlesworth

Honestly. He's the one guy I want us to chase this offseason. He fits our system perfectly more so than Dragic and any other pg not named CP3

If we trade for Lawson, we might as well offer Alvin Gentry the HC position. NBA Finals every year ...

NOP Pick, DMo, Pap, & Prig, plus rights to Llull, if need be, for Lawson and Joffrey Lauvergne sounds pretty good to me.

    Re-sign Brewer, Smith, and McDaniels.

Lawson and Harden would obliterate teams on the fast break.

Not considering any off the court issue and just base on his on court performance and potential projection :

PG I will take over Lawson for NEXT SEASON : CP3, Westbrook, Curry, Mike Conley, Lillard, Irving, John Wall.

PG I think could be indifferent than Lawson : Derrick Rose, Lowry, Jeff Teague, Elfrid Payton (yes I am very high on him)

So I think there are at least 7 whose clearly better than him and maybe 4-5 in the same range of him.

I have no problem for people to rate him in the top 10 and neither should I have a problem if people said is around the middle of the pack in the league.
Rest I think are worse than Lawson.
