Just curious - - if DJ gets hired anywhere does Conley look to join him, or avoid him?

How is this unprofessional? Let me as you this:

If you do a good job at your company (He had them winning at a high %) but upper management makes life harder on you (in this case - he had no input on FA/draft and according to some reports, as has been mentioned couple of posts earlier, was not in the know about MEM's future plans) AND you didn't get along with upper management (Joerger and the GM don't seem to like each other very much) AND you know that your peers at other companies doing the same job, earn way more than you - wouldn't you be looking for a job elsewhere?

And why would you bring race into this? Who cares if he is white, black, hispanic, asian, mixed race, yellow, orange or whatever else. He kept doing his job, despite not seeing eye to eye with upper management. THAT is the part you should focus on - this is being a professional. It would have been unprofessional of him, to 'mail it in' because he didn't like his workplace - BUT HE DIDN'T.

Was Hollinger the GM? I thought he was President of basketball OPS at MEM - might be wrong but either way, he is not with MEM anymore.

    No idea lol.

Just remember that Hollins and Hollinger didn't see eye to eye and that Hollinger was extremely threatened, something that hastened the firing of Lionel.

who cares what we get. we all know the next coach will only be there to make Harden happy, otherwise he and his FA friends are all walking out of Houston.

Conley, Batum and Hortford? I'd want them only if our great god Murray can't steal Curry from W now that he's damaged goods. I hear LeBron ain't too happy in Cleveland, so maybe we can do a 3-way trade with Curry and LeBron coming to Houston, and Brewer going to the lowest bidder. Lolololololol.

Jaeger is close to a 3 year deal with Sac. Meeting with them is simply a formality.

    OP's 100% reliable source is 100% wrong

If Joerger signs with Kings that tells me the Rockets passed on him and I will be very disappointed. Says to me Les is focued on JVG. No way Rockets pass on Joerger unless it is for JVG (or Vogel).
