I've actually CAUGHT my neighbor stealing my package (had an Acer S3 in it) on camera. Evidently, the cops didn't do much since the camera didn't catch her actually taking it from my door. Here's the video of it:

Yes. She took me to her patio and SHOWED me that box that she carried over which was apparently empty when she showed it to me. She said she wouldn't have taken it but was only taking an empty box outside my house back to her house. She also claimed she didn't even know how to use a computer which was funny because all I've asked of her was if she had my PACKAGE. No mention of what was inside the package.

Cops claimed there wasn't enough evidence since the camera did not catch the UPS guy dropping off the package, although the tracking number said he did and even SIGNED MY NAME (misspelled it at that) when I was still at work and no one else was home. Then, he said the camera doesn't actually show the front door and the package sitting there (my camera is mounted behind the window glass inside so it can't point directly at the door).

Sucks. Sorry to hear that. I was actually unfamiliar with this tactic, but odds are I wouldn't let any city workers onto my property anyway just due to my being an ******* in general.
