i remember when watching the draft that year when tnt/espn had their promos in between and then theme was realizing your dream in the NBA

I remember reading an article about Tmac when he was in Orlando when he proclaimed himself to be the best player in the NBA. At the time, he may or may not have been but I just can't get down with that type of arrogance from a player who isn't wearing a Championship ring.

This is interesting. I never heard Kobe said he was THE best player in NBA even though many people think he is right now.
