http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20099142#HARRIS Actually, you can find lists for states and counties around the country: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20093413/
I'm about 99.9% sure no one here is going to have a bridge collapse on them. In addition even if you knew a bridge was suspect, it is kind of hard to find an alternate route. The bridge collapse is what they call a black swan event.
So basically, pretty much every bridge in Harris County is deficient. I guess I'm going to have to quit my job and never leave my house again or else I might die in a bridge collapse. I guess I could just lay in my bed under the covers in a fetal position all day. That way, nothing bad will happen to me.
I can't imagine being able to avoid deficient bridges even if someone was of the mind to do so. To me, it's just one of the many risks of living. You can either take the ima_drummer2k approach to life , or live life and worry only about the things you can control. I just figured some people might want to see the list. I couldn't even get through the entire list; it's just way too long, and most of the descriptions are meaningless to me anyway.
