Pretty cool, small toss in from Fandango - they just sent me an itunes redemption code for one of the tracks from the Avengers album because I got my tickets from them yesterday. Not world changing, but nice to get a little something back in exchange for the convenience fees. http://events.29-95.com/movies/show...vengers-an-imax-3d-experience?date=2012-05-04
Will redeem it when I get home, but this is the track: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/hOgdWjKZo9s" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
oh i have a amc stubs card you could have used my account # and gotten the online fees waived if you were seeing it at an amc - PM me if you want it for the future
so they are not showing it at Edwards Marque at all? i guess since none of the scenes are actually shot with an IMAX camera, like Dark Knight Rises will be, it doesn't matter eh? EDIT: Holy crap, looks like they are completely sold out at First Colony for all showings (non 3D, 3D, and IMax 3D), even in Stafford/Fountains
I don't know about Gulfpoint30, but I'm sure the IMAX at First Colony is mini-IMAX. The only 2 big IMAX's in Houston I know about are at the museum and Edwards Marquee, but when I last checked, Marquee was still showing Titans on their IMAX. So, I decided to go RPX at Edwards Greenway, which I think is pretty much a mini-IMAX. I'll report back tomorrow night.
Just cant get excited about it for some reason. Probably because all the movies were not that good leading up to it. I did like Iron Man though.
Great Film. Only second to The Dark Night in terms of a Comic Book Movie. Had some real funny parts. Great special effects. Amazing cast (Hulk and Loki Characters were exceptionally good.) I hope there's a sequel!
Kinda drags for the first hour but Downey saves it with his banter. The final battle is a million times better than Transformers DofM. The Hulk needs more screen time.
I was pretty pissed that I waited until all the credits rolled just to see that. I was expecting more.
Yea I thought it was funny but idk I got my hopes up too high. I guess I was expecting a new character reveal or a hint at the sequel's plot.
I don't think a standalone Hulk movie can ever do good. Hulk did good in this movie because after each of his scenes, there's another scene to bring balance to the movie. He either needs a sidekick if there's gonna be his own movie again, or a crossover with another superhero.
