Looks super funny. I'm diggin the vibe. Ultra violence with some dark humor. This is going to be good folks. Colossus? Dude that is crazy!!!

Don't worry, I'll probably see this in theatres enough to cover for all the piracy. My three favorite characters are Deadpool, Iceman, and Hulk.

 

Going to go to an early screening of it tonight; will let you know how it goes. I am pretty stoked for the movie

I am shocked this got good reviews. I figured the goofiness of the trailer and Ryan Reynolds seeming ability to make cool go goofy, this was going to fail. But I'm not a Reynolds hater. I liked his stuff in the sitcom. but what he did to Green Lantern was an abomination. If he rebounded here, good for him. At 86% RT I think I will see it.

And Hulk should have crushed the ant for that Cola. Seriously.

 

I really like the First class ensemble and could tolerate the group of present day X-Men, but I think Fox could learn quite a bit from the Avengers side when it comes to universe continuity and big picture thinking.

I love love love the X-men tie in with deadpool, but they seem capped on what they can do with it because the X-men story is all over the place and it doesn't seem appropriate to have other cross overs in that universe. Colossous works, because we haven't seen him elsewhere. Wolverine might work, because they bridged him into all story arcs. Outside of that, what story line could you use to effectively put deadpool alongside any other X-Men?

 

Got tickets for Friday, so glad they were able to keep an R rating, a pg13 Deadpool movie would have been bad.

Looking forward to some 4th wall breaking moments and inappropriate humor, and blood.

Their marketing campaign has been on point as well.

So went to the early screening to see it; movie starts at 7. When we got there, the screening was all full; turns out people had gotten there by 4:30 and I don't get off work until 5:30

So yea, didn't get to go. Sorry for not reporting back earlier
