I guess it's not as obvious since not many people knew about it. Their marketing campaign must have been lacking. Especially for people who didn't do any research prior to watching, they weren't very clear about making Eisenberg a Lex jr. They could have handled it much better. The one thing that saved that movie was Batfleck.
I agree they could have done better at making it clear, but it isn't them retconning the fact. They tried viral marketing before the release and it wasn't done very well.
Wow , then I'm even more disappointed. Why even have him shave his head. I actually thought the movie was okay except for lex which he was horrible. now knowing this, I'm just scratching my head thinking.... Why?
Lol, I saw that quote. The thing is, he doesn't even sound like an intelligent person when he speaks. He sounds exactly like you'd expect him to. Dude is a ****ing idiot.
So he was Lex Luthor Jr.? Well that makes his performance much less annoying. I figured Zach Snyder had this thing under control.
When I saw It all I could think is You have the BADDEST PERSON IN THE UNIVERSE and you going to make him into a victim Rocket River
Jlaw. The recent xmen movies are already decent generally, but would be better if it weren't for the focus on ****stique. BvS was beyond saving, it wouldn't have mattered what Eisenberg did.
I'm going with Eisenberg for exactly the same reason you just stated. DoFP was more enjoyable than BvS, hence it didn't leave that much of a bad taste. I do want to put it out there that I enjoyed BvS. It was better than Cap America 1 and Iron Man 3.
Took my little nephew to see BvsS and it was as bad, maybe even more, as what the critics said. Has to be in the top five worst superhero films ever made.
There's been some real bad ones (marvel/dc character) since 2000. Is it among these bunch, would you say? Hulk (2003) Green Lantern (2011) Daredevil (2003) Catwoman (2004) Elektra (2005) Superman Returns (2006) Spiderman 3 (2007) Fantastic Four (2015)
