Most hated Rocket player ever.....

I thought it was Scottie, but it has to go to White. At least Scottie actually bothered to show up.

 

they paid Scottie max salary. David Stern would have slapped him if he didn't show up.

 

The player vs player's fans is a whole different topic.

 

Hating Royce White for being a Rocket is like hating Derek Fisher for having been a Rocket.

 

Ok just cause he couldnt put the ball in the hole doesnt make his play r****ded, the dude was an above average defender who found a spot on a couple teams

 

I thought Jeremy Lin was the most hated player of all time because he be an Asian harvard underdog

 

Honestly, I'd go with Derek Fisher. He never played for us, but he was on the team kinda technically for a bit. F***in hate that guy

 

its Pippen n not even close. Royce White is not even a Rocket. Quitten wanted to play the blame game instead of actually playing to his potential. Karma is a B**tch because Kobe destroyed him in our playoff series n while he was in portland.

 

Except Cuttino is a vastly superior player and has been a starter on two teams.
And a team that actually won a playoff series too.

At least Royce hasn't show up, taken money and hurt/weaken the team during the time they brought him in to help get them over the hump. His drama is completely away from the main team except for cap and roster flexibility in having to pay him for not developing.

Derek Fisher deserves to be hated though, we traded for him and a pick, during a time we were dangerously thin at PG. He refuses to show up, we have to buy him out just to get a D-League guy on the roster and the team STILL owes the punk money for him not showing up.

 

I miss those guys. Cat was my favorite player until they dealt him.

 

Anyone choosing Royce over Quitten is really young or delusional. One is a mid 1st round non lottery first pick gamble that will most likely not work out. The other guy is Scottie Pippen. I understand newer players will have that sort of bias, but come on...Scottie Pippen.

 

white's case is a current one.

Kenny Thomas? I think if you were searching for more names you could have added the giggler Kevin Martin.

 

Pippen will always win in these polls. I didn't dislike Rafer, but I was ecstatic when he left. Same for Francis. Those two could drive basketball purists crazy. I was ecstatic when TMac got here and just as ecstatic when he left.

 

The only White on this Houston Rockets team that can't play.
