We need him to take Eddie Grif, Mo Tay, Cato and Yao
down to Fonde and show them how to play the
    d*mn post.

Moses Malone did VERY well with Hakeem.

I think Eddie and MoTneed big man's camp
    as much as
    Cato and Yao

Hell throw Collier in there too.

I think it should be required in a players contract that he go to all camps the team asks him to go to.

Griffin needs to learn how to establish position. I don't think he needs a whole new set of moves, he showed some in college. It's just that his physical strength hasn't translated into the NBA, and it's hurt his overall game.

I think that's why players like Randolph and Amare have had more sucess so far in their careers. They don't need a lot of moves, they just need to be able to establish themselves, and shoot around their guy.

I think Moses Malone's intrest in teaching Yao is a good thing. Malone is a physical type player and I think he could teach Yao how to become more aggressive down low.

Well all our players can be better than they are.

    Of course.....strength is a problem.

    BUT MAN.

    THEIR ATTITUDES NEED TO CHANGE.

THEY HAVE TO BE MORE AGGRESSIVE AND NOT BE SHY AND JUST GO FOR IT.

And they shouldn't let losers dunk on them.

They should contest every shot. Protect their basket.

    Gain respect!

Players simply reflect the coach's style. Isn't it? They are all nice guys.

If you believe Calvin and Bill, Carol Dawon had alot to do with Hakeem's development when he was an assistant coach.

I'm not willing to give Eddie Griffin 2 years unless he'll turn out to be a shotblocking, rebound-ripping Rasheed Wallace.

I doubt h'll be that in 2 years, so I opt to send his potential out, and get a strong old man to protect Yao. Not Malone.
